| Special
Master A Special Master is
appointed by the Court, generally for a single specific issue. The
Special Master is often requested by the parties due to the particular
expertise to serve on a particular case and decide issues in order to
expedite the case through the court system. A Special Master makes
recommended findings which are then reviewed by a Court before the can
become an Order.
