Our law firm has been in Parker, CO
since 1990. The firm has gained expertise in dealing with Family
Law and Criminal cases as well as mediation cases for both
parties. The firm handles many Early Neutral
Assessment/Evaluations for both parties. Mr. Rolfe has been a
mediator for almost two decades and has concentrated his mediation
practice in the domestic relations area since 2001. Mediation
permits the clients to determine the outcome of their case rather than
to have it imposed by the court system. He also functions as an
arbitrator when requested. Arbitration grants decision making to
the Arbitrator and often assists the parties in moving forward more
quickly. Private arbitrators generally can schedule more quickly
than the court system in order to hear a case.
We have an open door policy for client
meetings and want all our clients to feel that they can have whatever
access they need with their attorney or staff on an as needed
basis. The firm has been a force in Douglas County since
1990. We have demonstrated our commitment to our community
throughout the years by our regular participation in pro bono work,
membership in community groups, activities and an active role in the
bar. We began and now regularly participate in the Pro Se
Resource Center.
We refuse to take on more cases than we
can effectively handle. We believe this allows us to provide each
client with the level of service which we would want from our own
attorney.
