A lawfirm specializing in Family Law, Criminal Law, & Mediation
Our law firm has extensive experience in family law, criminal law and mediation. We have been on Mainstreet Parker, Colorado since 1990. We have set up our website to address the most frequently asked questions. If you have other questions we strongly urge you to contact our firm and schedule a consultation so that we can tailor our information to your individual needs. We have found that the biggest fear that clients have when becoming involved in a legal experience is that they do not know what to expect. By helping clients to understand what is coming we have found that most of the fear goes away.
The head of the law firm is David S. Rolfe. Prior to law school Mr. Rolfe had been a U.S. Navy Saturation Diver. He was in the military from 1974 through 1979. He has been appearing in courts in Colorado for over 17 years. Mr. Rolfe clerked with one of the country's best known criminal defense attorneys. For the first couple of years after law school Mr. Rolfe handled significant construction defect cases and concentrated on establishing a varied civil law practice. He left civil law to work for the Colorado Public Defender's Office in Denver. He left that office to set up a litigation program in both civil and criminal law for a downtown Denver firm. Mr. Rolfe began a domestic practice in 1989 and has continued to specialize in criminal defense and domestic relations since that time.
Recognizing that clients should be the foremost thought of any law firm, Mr. Rolfe moved his practice to Parker, Colorado in 1990. He has come to emphasize mediation as a central focus of his personal practice while the law firm continues to represent criminal and family law clients. Mr. Rolfe will still become involved in the more complex of those cases on a case by case basis.
There are two associates and paralegal staff who support our clients in the most cost-effective manner available.
